Health and Safety Protocols

Face masks are optional for worship and other activities at First United Methodist Church Garland, but we affirm and encourage those more comfortable wearing a mask to do so. (Extra masks are available.) 


And while we respect each individual’s right to make their own healthcare decisions, we strongly encourage everyone who can to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. 

First United Methodist Garland asks all who are or become symptomatic to get tested for COVID-19. 

Symptomatic individuals should refrain from participation in worship and other activities on our church campus until a 'negative' result is received from either a PCR test or an at-home self-test. 

As always, your prayers for the health and safety of our community, our country and our world are sincerely appreciated!
